Melissa Banach ATC, LMT
“A variety of experience in health and fitness environments sculpted a unique perspective on effective body therapies. I can assist you with maintenance of muscles and connective tissues in order to help you get the most out of an active life. I administer stretching and massage therapies that develop long lasting health and sustainability in aging bodies. I also administer therapies that can create a competitive advantage in younger athletes. I have worked with a variety of NCAA Division I sports teams including Men’s Hockey, Men’s Football, Women’s Basketball and Women’s Lacrosse while becoming a Certified Athletic Trainer. I have undergone over 1,100 hrs of training for massage including Swedish, Hot Stone and Shiatsu. I have also been the Head Athletic Trainer for a private girls school in the state of New York. The work I do can help boost immune systems and improve circulation for people of all ages.
Let me help you start running better.”
Professional Experience
“As a certified athletic trainer, I have graduated from the New York Institute of Massage and have passed my massage licensing exam. I have obtained hands-on experience working with Collegiate and High School athletes as well as performing massage for a variety of ages. I hope to utilize my collegiate experience in athletic treatment, massage and my organizational and leadership skills to be an example of professional excellence.”
